Positive Thinking

Thinking positive has its highs and lows; as one continues searching for clarity, you catch yourself reflecting on past happenings or creating things that have not even happened. It pays to think positive; it takes more energy to complain or think negative. Think about it when your upset becoming angry you tend to feel drained afterwards, but if you convert that energy by thinking positive when you start to think negative, focusing on something positive, seen, heard, or felt you can change your vibrations and feel excited or as if your experiencing a natural high. I am not saying that one will never have an unwanted thought cross their mind. I am simply implying that once the thought presents itself redirect it with a positive thought or feeling. Gradually creating a high standard for what or who you allow to live in your mind rent free.
