Sometimes we don’t feel like we’re worth loving when we’re upset or frustrated with ourselves or someone we love or care about it makes us feel a certain way. It’s in these moments that we feel vulnerable and fall victim to our emotions. Not understanding we have the power to control our own emotions, as we start to grow and internally mature we speak positive affirmations and think positive thoughts despite any situation. Pay attention to the attention you’re seeking. Psychologically in prison obtaining visits from your premeditated thoughts and blurred vision of what success may cost; undervalued. Pretty face pour attitude broken hearted. That started in your childhood.Cold hearted because of some dude. Not pointing fingers nor throwing shade. Im not judgmental I too have things to change. FEAR False-Evidence-Appearing-Real
Fear a created illusion of ones mere thoughts, contemplated and developed by self talk. Mirror images contamination and disposition created by world talk; now that’s a selfie. Blinded by shinny lights of misconception of our own thoughts, yet again pre-rehearsing unfiltered emotions on situations and outcomes that haven’t even occurred’ quick to say. I fear non hollering Im bout it bout it “no limit”. If you spend the rest of your life with the mentality of “My trauma or mistakes messed me up and that’s why I am the way I am” Instead of learning how to heal and grow from those traumas and mistakes. You are your own problem, and the sooner you understand and realize that you have the power to change your circumstances mentally as well as physically, you will always blame others foe where you are at this very moment.
